Writing retreat 06.-10.01.2020
Graduate School of Linguistics, Philosophy and Semiotics and Graduate School of Culture Studies and Arts invite you to participate in a writing retreat directed towards doctoral students and their supervisors.
At the writing retreat you can focus on writing your thesis or research article. In addition, we will hold different workshops to further your writing process (participation optional) and you will have an opportunity to discuss your writing and get a feedback in small working groups.
The retreat takes place on 06.-10.01.2020 at Strand Spa & Conference Hotel in Pärnu (A. H. Tammsaare puiestee 35, Pärnu https://www.strand.ee/et/).
To participate, please send a short workplan (max. half a page) on the writing you will be working on, and the stage you are at with this text, to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration deadline is 15.12.2019. Places, for maximum 40 graduate students, are filled in the registration order.
Participation costs (meals, travel, accommodation) are covered by the graduate schools.
The event programme and transport will be specified after registration.
Please note that you are required to let organizers (email@example.com) know if you have registered but are not able to participate! Otherwise you might be charged for the costs of accommodation and meals.
