Summer School “Digital Methods in Humanities and Social Sciences“

“Digital Methods in Humanities and Social Sciences“ summer school will take place from 21st to 25th August 2018.

 

PhD and MA students and also supervisors from all fields of humanities and social sciences are invited to attend. Goal of the summer school is to provide an overview of latest analysis methods and methodological principles for working with (digital) data in humanities and social sciences. There are 12 workshops focusing on analysing and visualising textual and spatial data, social media and networks.

 

Full participation can be awarded with 3 ECTS credit.

 

Registration will be opened in the beginning of April.

Summer school is organised on the initiative of Centre for Digital Humanities and Information Society of Tartu University in cooperation with Graduate School of Culture Studies and Arts; Graduate School of Linguistics, Philosophy and Semiotics; Doctoral School of Behavioural, Social and Health Sciences and Doctoral School in Economics and Innovation.
